How requests are handled
All support and update requests go through email. Most are handled asynchronously within 1–2 business days. For urgent issues (outages, broken contact forms), same-day response is prioritized. Calls are not part of the default process but can be scheduled in the rare case that something requires real-time discussion.

- Sites built by Space Coast Digital Media are deployed on Netlify's global CDN. This covers fast worldwide delivery, automatic HTTPS, and continuous deployment. The care plan includes management and oversight of this hosting environment.
- How do I submit a support or update request?
- All requests go through email. There is no ticket portal or phone line. Email keeps every request documented, trackable, and efficient. Most requests are handled within 1–2 business days.
- Can I cancel the care plan?
- Yes. The plan is month-to-month with no long-term commitment required. You can cancel with 30 days notice at any time.
